So, we partnered with the MUSE to create our Muse30 class, a 30-minute class where you’ll be guided through several meditations wearing a MUSE brain-sensing headset. Between each meditation set, we’ll discuss and analyze the results to help you get a deeper understanding of how to calm your mind and deepen your meditation practice.

“C’mon Inner Peace, I Don’t Have All Day!”

On days when a full class is just not an option, our “quickie” classes weave our classic Innergy meditation magic into a 20-minute practice. Come-as-you-are, have a seat, chill and be still. You’ll leave feeling more refreshed, focused and ready to take on the busy day with a not-so-busy mind.

In our often crazy, multitasking world, it’s easy to forget that stress does not have to be a way of life. (Imagine that!) This signature Innergy class is the ultimate reminder, and the de-stressor, as we dedicate the practice to slowing down to tone down the inner and outer forces that leave us angsty, anxious and often unable to relax. Great for A-types, insomniacs and anyone in between.
