Work-Life Design Coaching for Moms
Return to work—without returning to burnout
You’re ready to work again… just not like before.
You’ve taken time away from your career to focus on your family.
And now, something is shifting.
You want to work.
To use your skills.
To have something that’s yours again.
But not at the cost of your time, your energy, or your presence at home.
And somewhere in between those two worlds… it feels unclear.
-
What kind of work actually fits your life now?
-
How do you balance ambition and motherhood?
-
How do you move forward without feeling overwhelmed?
You don’t need to go back.
You need a new way forward.

How we work together
My approach is different
This isn't just career coaching. And it's not just meditation. We combine three things most programs leave out.
Step 1
Clarity
What do you actually want now? We slow down and get honest — not about who you were before kids, but who you are today and what truly matters to you in this season.
Step 2
Strategy
How do you make it work in real life? We build a simple, realistic plan around your actual schedule, your family, and your energy — not some idealized version of your day.
Step 3
Nervous system support
So you don't burn out doing it. Guided meditation woven into every session helps you quiet the noise, make decisions from a calmer place, and actually feel good moving forward.
"Even a few minutes of intentional stillness can reset your system and bring you back to center. From there, decisions become clearer — and action feels lighter."

Got questions?
Common questions
What type of meditation do you teach? +
Sri Vidya is an ancient method from the Himalayan tradition in India. However, the practices are designed for today's modern world. They are timeless and accessible to everyone.
Are you a certified meditation teacher? +
Yes — I am a certified Vishoka® Meditation teacher, directly linked to the Himalayan tradition.
Are you a certified coach? +
Yes — I am an ACC ICF-certified coach. I complete over 40 hours of continuing education every three years. My original coaching certificate was earned through the University of Miami in 2017.
Is this expensive? +
The Work-Life Reset starts from $525. Payment plans are available and we can discuss what works for you on the discovery call.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee? +
Coaching is a service, not a product, and I do not offer a money-back guarantee. That said, I am fully committed to showing up for you every session.
What are the benefits of coaching? +
Getting unstuck. Completing a project with support. Learning how to use your strengths. Creating more balance in your life. Coaching gives you a thinking partner and a clear path forward.
Is the meditation guided? +
Yes — all practices are guided step by step so you can easily follow along. In the beginning there is more guidance, and as you relax, there is more silence for you to explore.
What are the benefits of meditation? +
Increased self-awareness. Greater presence. Higher emotional intelligence. Breathing techniques for stress relief. Even a few minutes a day can meaningfully shift how you feel and respond.
Is it woo woo or religious? +
Not at all. Meditation is a personal experience. I use universal cues such as the breath and body awareness. What you bring to your practice is entirely up to you.
Is coaching like therapy? +
Coaching is not therapy. I am not a licensed therapist and do not have the scope to treat or diagnose. For therapeutic support, I always recommend working with a licensed professional alongside coaching.
What type of coaching is this? +
Wellness and work-life design coaching. Mindfulness, habits, self-care, and stress management are all connected to your happiness — and that's where we focus.
How long should I work with a coach? +
That's entirely up to you. We could meet for one session or commit to a longer stretch. Most clients find the 6-week Work-Life Reset gives them the foundation they need to move forward with confidence.
I still have questions — what's the best way to reach you? +
Let's set up a time to talk — I'm happy to answer anything. Email me directly at leah@leahkinsella.com
“The more regularly and the more deeply you meditate, the sooner you will find yourself acting always from a center of inner peace."

About Leah
My certifications and journey
My journey with meditation began in 2006 when a friend lent me a CD. I experimented with it for a few years before finding real consistency — and it wasn't until I trained with my first teacher, Rod Stryker, that I truly felt its benefits. That one week-long training turned into 9 years of study with him.
Over the years I've studied with Sally Kempton and Jack Kornfield, and taught meditation everywhere from banks to beaches, festivals to arenas. In 2018 I became a certified coach through the University of Miami, and in 2020 a certified Vishoka® Meditation teacher through the Himalayan Institute.
What I've learned is simple: meditation is profoundly straightforward. It's about being present — still, aware, and open. Combined with coaching, it becomes a powerful tool for real, lasting change. My wish is to guide you on your own journey inward, and help you begin a new chapter.
