I teach ParaYoga®. Its a classical method in a modern world. I'll offers modification suggestions and include centering, pranayama (breathing), asana (postures), relaxation, Nidra, meditation, and closing.
Classes range in Length from 30 to 55min

5/26/20: 1hr: Asana, pranayama, and a short meditation: Movement is for all levels
5/27/20: 30 min: Breathing and meditation
5/28/20: 45 min: ParaYoga Nidra: Includes a few mobility exercises. Then a delicious deep relaxation. Sure to recharge and reset the nervous system
