Hello Friends

Thank you for your time. Thank you for reading and Thank you for your support.
I read a book recently, entitled “The Big Leap” by Gay Hendricks. The book has a wealth of insight.  The first point that I am utilizing is based around my relationship with time.
Here is what I gathered.
See if its useful for you:

There are two perspectives with time:
1) Newtonian paradigm: There is a finite amount of time and it must be portioned carefully.
2) Einstein time: You’re where time comes from.

Which one of these perspectives speaks to you?
If you are spending most of your day in the first perspective you may find yourself running out of time. It leads to an uncomfortable feeling of time urgency and scarcity.
Opposite, if you shift your perspective to the Einstein time you’ll learn how to become the source of time so you can make as much of it as you want. Its abundant.

Does this sound liberating or just good in theory?

How about giving it a try.
“Take ownership of time, acknowledge that you are where it comes from, and it will stop owning you.”

MindfulMoment…..in Time
Right now. Close your eyes and begin to notice the sensations you are experiencing. Smell, sound, temperature. Notice how you are breathing. Observe what you are thinking about. Past or future. And notice what time ‘pressure’ feels like in your body. Where do you feel it most? Where in the body.
Gently find your breath and bring your breath into that time ‘pressure’ area. Feel your awareness expand and your breath and body unite.
Do this at any moment you find yourself stressed over time.
As Always I send this message with love!
